Subscriptions (software)
Software subscriptions are billed through a licensed payment gateway under the relevant OEM’s product terms. Cancellations and any refunds are handled according to that OEM’s terms. On cancellation, the recurring renewal commission for that subscription stops. BharatUdaan does not hold buyer funds.
Products & equipment
Product and equipment deals are invoiced directly by the OEM. Any refund, return or warranty is handled by the OEM under its own terms.
Service fees to OEMs
Platform and lead-generation service fees charged to OEMs are governed by the relevant business agreement. [Refund terms for service fees — to be confirmed with your CA].
Adjustments
If a buyer payment is later reversed or refunded, any related agent commission may be adjusted or recovered.
