Terms & Conditions.

The terms below are a working draft maintained by A2G India and are pending legal review.

1. About BharatUdaan

BharatUdaan, operated by A2G India, is a marketplace connecting OEM suppliers, independent sales agents, and business buyers. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Agents complete identity verification and accept the Agent Agreement at registration.

3. Agents

Agents are independent contractors, not employees of A2G India, and are responsible for their own taxes (including GST and TDS as applicable). Agents source, qualify and close business within each OEM’s stated rules.

4. Commission & payouts

Commission is success-only. It is released after the OEM confirms receipt of the client’s payment, typically within about 1–5 working days of reconciliation (indicative). For subscriptions, a renewal commission is earned for as long as the subscription remains active, and stops if the client cancels. Commission rates and any step-down are set by the OEM. Figures shown anywhere on the platform are illustrative, not promises of earnings.

5. OEMs

OEMs list products with accurate commission, criteria, territory and model; fund the agent commission; and, for product deals, close and invoice the buyer directly.

6. Buyers & payments

Buyer payments are processed through a licensed payment aggregator. BharatUdaan does not hold buyer funds.

7. Acceptable use

No fraud, self-dealing, misrepresentation, or misuse of data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The BharatUdaan brand, content and platform are owned by A2G India and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, A2G India is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [city/jurisdiction] having jurisdiction.

11. Grievances

For complaints, see Grievance Redressal.

Legal review needed: have your lawyer confirm the contractor/commission clauses, tax responsibilities, liability caps, IP and jurisdiction, and align with the Agent Agreement and OEM contracts.
